Okay, i promise you, this is going to be a really long post.
- Double Bay
MY PARENTS BOUGHT DOUBLE BAY ALREADY! :
Super OhMyGod. It's at Simei, and it's near the MRT, OhMyGod! And Simei is super super quiet. i can't wake up early :X Wait, i would be in Secndary 3/4 already! Oh, right.
What i like about Double Bay...
1. ERM, Oh. It's facilities. It has One Tree Island (It's so nice!) , Jungle Pool, Elevated Jaccuzi (up & down?), five-storey Waterfall, Swimming pools, Snooker, Table Soccer, LIBRARY, Karaoke Room, Piano room, Band room, Table tennis room, Yoga/ Aerobics room, Gym, Tennis court, Half basketball court, Golf Practice corner, Jogging track, BBQPavillion, Kid's Play Room(-.-).
2. Okay, it's near Simei Mrt, need to walk. Not that i like MRT, convenience, although i much rather take bus.
3. ....................i can't think of anything else i like about it :X ..................................SERIOUSLY. Is there anything good?
What i hate about Double Bay ...
1. Walk so far to MRT. About i don't know how many minutes.
2. Too quiet for my liking. Seriously. Too too quiet. (i went there at night once.)
3. Opposite is Eastpoint shopping mall and i hate it to the core. Hey, i rhymes! Yeah, the shopping centre sucks-.- Lousy. Parkway is 1000% better, i tell you.
4. The rooms so small. too too small.
5. The highest floor is only 13th floor //:
6. The window panes are grey, i hate it. Not like Seaview, White. Grey looks OLD. OLD. OLD. D: The toilet window is just a long window thing, so small D:
7. It has much more facilities than Seaview, and Seaview has a bigger land than it. So, it's gonna be really really squeezy, like all the blocks SQUEEZE tgt. Seaview's not like that. It only has 6 blocks and Double Bay has 10, which is like about 600 units. (?!)
8. Tampines will have new developing projects, and i don't know why, but it is a bad thing :X BAD BAD BAD.
My parents went t Double Bay from afternoon till night, and bought it. And, the agent sms-ed my father said that one unit that he's eying on is sold, but then, actually, my father bought that -.-, isn't that like tricking us? To buy? i think buying Double Bay is too ... er, harsh and fast.
OhMyGod, What's gonna happen?
By the time i'm in Secondary 3/4 , i don't know what school i'm going. Super near Double Bay is Changkat Sec Sch (it's a bad school, i know somebody who went there though.)
*sigh* .
If i can get into schools around here, like Chong Cheng, Tanjong Katong Sec, er, Dunman high(never), um, what else? it would be very far from my house. D: sad sad sad.
i don't know if i hate DOUBLE BAY / like it.
i need to buck up la.
